In compliance with the provisions of Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, we wish to provide you the required information regarding the purposes and modes for processing personal data that concern you, as well as the scope of transfer and dissemination of the data, the nature of the data in our possession, and their collection.

• Purposes of processing: the data will be utilized for operational, contractual, statistical, commercial, commercial information, marketing, promotional, credit protection, and credit management and transfer purposes by means of consultation, organization, comparison, transmission, dissemination, cancellation, destruction and any other appropriate processing operation. • Modes of processing: for the purposes indicated, the personal data will be processed in manual and/or automatic form using procedures strictly associated with said purposes and always in such a way as to ensure the security of the data in compliance with the decree cited above, including the obligations of confidentiality prescribed therein • Scope of transfer and dissemination: your data subject to processing may be transferred to affiliated companies, agents, business brokers, suppliers, service companies, factoring companies, credit recovery companies and credit insurers, as well as professionals/consultants engaged to fulfill legal requirements (accounting-related, fiscal, administrative). • Nature of the provision: your disclosure of the required data is necessary for stipulating and maintaining our present and future commercial relationship, so the provision of certain data is mandatory to fulfill legal, fiscal and contractual requirements. To this end, the processing controller informs you that should you not provide the required data, or provide incorrect data, it might be impossible for the processing controller to ensure that the processing meets the contractual agreements of the processing and/or that the results of the processing satisfy the obligations prescribed by the fiscal, administrative or labor laws to which it is addressed. • Consequences of refusal: refusal to provide the data will make it impossible to stipulate supply contracts. • Processors and employees who might gain knowledge of the data: the persons responsible for processing the data, as well as personnel assigned to Purchasing, Administration and ICT, as processors, might gain knowledge of the data.  • Scope of dissemination: the personal data related to the processing in question will not be disseminated.
