Assistance Service

 

The service division employs skilled personnel, available at first call, capable of supplying urgent and ordinary services to face whichever unforeseen circumstance.

Furthermore, planned interventions can be supplied in sequence, by previous agreement with the management office, to assure the perfect plant running.

 

 

 

 

 

   

 
   

Overhauling

 

Overhauls represent the core of plant revamping. GEA Refrigeration Italy S.p.A can quote and carry out this service either in the customer's factory and directly in its workshop

In this case a contractual one-year guarantee for plant good operation can be re-established.

In addition, overhauls are planned and executed according to factoriy work load thus to avoid long and unnecessary stops and plants shut offs.

       

 Training

 

The Service Division organizes training for the customer's technical and operational staff responsible for plant running.

In addition, periodical theoretical and field trainings are organized to spread any technological improvements reached in the meantime.

 

    

 
       

Plant changes and enlargements

Whenever customer's specific needs requires it, the Service Division can give its support to study and to estimate, within reasonable and previously agreed times, plants changes and enlargements of whichever kind.

 

 

 

 

Control authorities

Laws are rightly even more severe to safeguard environment and people. Only manufacturer's knowledge permits to give the proper information to verify if plants and components are in conformity with legal prescriptions

 

Maintenance contacts (scheduled, preventive, multi-year, full service, remote-control) can be adapted to whichever customer's request.
